ELTEC selects manufacturers that offer uncompromised performance products for both new installation and modernization.

NON-PROPRIETARY?
ELTEC is dedicated to providing excellent service and the installation of non-proprietary products. The phrase non-proprietary is commonly used through the elevator industry but the true definition is still not agreed upon. Simply stated, non-proprietary equipment can be serviced, purchased and installed by any licensed elevator contractor. If the product selected for your next modernization or new installation can only be serviced, purchased and installed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), then as a building owner or manager, you may not have access to the best value.
